What you missed....

In the past week:

I have started exercising... culminating in a proper running challenge
Successfully avoided wheat and alcohol
Started juicing (hahha...not like THAT) - to be blogged on later
Cut my fingers twice with new super killer knives... never to be blogged on...

  1. Good luck Sharon! I have a challenge for you. How about 10 days of Bikram yoga? Google it. There is a studio in Claremont, so a bit of a drive, but you won't be sorry. Ok, maybe you will :-)
