In preparation for the 5-A-Day Challenge starting on Thursday:
According the NHS:
- Potatoes don't count! (Miserable face)
- Fresh, frozen or tinned fruit and vegetables
- A smoothie only counts a maximum of 2 portions (There goes my 5 fruit smoothie plot!)
- Juice only counts as 1 portion
- Beans and pulses can only count as 1 portion
