Leeks
Lettuce
Loganberries
Litchi
Lemon
Lime
Loquat
Have I eaten any of these before?
Yes, even had a loquat tree in the front garden while I was growing up :)

Hero of the day?
Loganberries because they are:
  • Low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium
  • High in Dietary Fibre, Vitamin C, Manganese, Vitamin K, Folate and Copper
  • Maintaining good general health
  • Losing weight
